At the start of the millennium, the team embarked upon a series of training initiatives which are now given to every employee, whatever their role. With names like 5S, JIT, Kaizen, Standard Operations and Production Led Maintenance a less pragmatic company would have drowned in a sea of jargon.

Euroglaze didn't. Indeed our staff have made such incredible strides in implementing a common sense approach that the company has won numerous awards for the effectiveness of it's application of training to manufacture High Quality Windows and Doors.

Today, there is not a single process from the way faxes are received to the manufacture of every High Quality Window and Door that hasn't been repeatedly investigated, reviewed and improved. We've more than doubled our turnover, yet employ fewer staff. Waste material has been dramatically reduced and we have no 'graveyard' of badly made frames.

Our premises and shopfloor are spotlessly clean and trade customers are welcome to come and have a look at how and where we work.

Since 2004, Euroglaze have been recognized by the Department of Trade and Industry and the Manufacturing Advisory Service and have been used as an example of best practice in seminars given to companies throughout the region for the manufacture of High Quality Windows and Doors.
